By purchasing the Traffic to Cash Tune-Up, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Scope of Service

The Traffic to Cash Tune-Up is a high-level diagnostic review based on observable elements of the submitted funnel path.

It does not include technical audits, backend system checks, analytics deep-dives, split-test analysis, funnel rebuilding or implementation, copywriting or page edits, live calls or ongoing support, follow-up reviews or revisions

Any requests outside this scope require a separate agreement.

Recommendations are directional and prioritisation-based. The client acknowledges that business, marketing, and pricing decisions carry inherent risk. The Traffic to CashTune-Up provides professional analysis but does not replace independent business judgment.

2. Eligibility

This service is intended for established coaches, consultants, and course creators who:

Have an existing offer

Have active traffic to that offer

If you do not yet have traffic or a defined offer, the Tune-Up may not be suitable. Purchasing the service despite this does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Tune-Up effectively, you agree to:

Submit accurate and complete information in the intake form

Provide access links to the traffic source, offer, and CTA you want reviewed

Limit the submission to one funnel path only

Incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate information may affect the quality of the review and does not constitute grounds for refund.

Alexandra Stancu reserves the right to decline service, cancel delivery, or terminate engagement if the client is abusive, uncooperative, provides misleading information, or attempts to expand the scope beyond what was purchased. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at discretion.

The client agrees they are not relying on the Traffic to Cash Tune-Up as the sole basis for major financial, legal, or operational decisions.

3A. Communication Boundaries

The Tune-Up includes delivery of the diagnostic report and Loom walkthrough only.

It does not include follow-up consulting, clarification calls, ongoing email support, or additional analysis beyond the initial submission.

Questions that require further strategic input, additional reviews, or discussion of implementation may require a separate paid service.

4. Delivery Timeline & Evidence Clause

Your Loom review will be delivered within five (5) working days, starting from the date your completed intake form or email details are received.

Delays caused by incomplete intake submissions are not the responsibility of Alexandra Stancu.

Delivery timelines are not guarantees. Alexandra Stancu reserves the right to adjust delivery timing in cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen workload constraints. Clients will be informed of any significant delays.

All Loom reviews are recorded and serve as proof of service delivery and scope completion.

5. Use of Advice & Implementation Risk

All guidance provided is advisory. Alexandra Stancu is not responsible for outcomes resulting from implementation, misimplementation, partial implementation, or non-implementation of the guidance provided.

6. Fees & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and diagnostic nature of this service:

All sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued once the intake form has been submitted.

If you believe you purchased the Tune-Up in error, you must contact support before submitting your intake form.

Dissatisfaction with findings, disagreement with conclusions, or preference for a different approach do not constitute grounds for refund.

8. No Guarantees

The Traffic to Cash Tune-Up provides strategic insight and direction, not guaranteed outcomes.

While the review is designed to improve decision clarity, results depend on factors including:

Implementation quality

Market conditions

Offer-market fit

Traffic quality

No specific financial or conversion results are promised or implied.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Tune-Up, including Loom videos, frameworks, and language, are the intellectual property of Alexandra Stancu.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the guidance for your own business only.

You may not reproduce the analysis framework, structure, or methodology for use in your own services, whether free or paid.

You may not:

Share, resell, or distribute the materials

Use the materials to train others or create competing services

10. Confidentiality

All information you provide will be treated as confidential.

Alexandra Stancu will not share your business materials, data, or results without your explicit permission, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandra Stancu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Tune-Up.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in UK.

13. Force Majeure

Alexandra Stancu shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failure, internet outages, or natural events.
