Webinar Funnel Tune-up

Project: Healing Microbiome Webinar

Client
Dr. Neal Shah, Healing Microbiome

Project goal
Finding why the webinar funnel was getting attention, but not enough registrations or sales

The challenge

People were clicking through, but too few were registering. Those who joined the webinar could understand the ideas, but the message was not specific or concrete enough to make the offer feel right for them.

Price gave people an easy reason to pause, but it was not the root problem. They still needed more clarity and confidence before buying.

Case study webinar funnel

Findings

The ad used real symptoms, but the registration page shifted into broad, abstract language, speaking with more than one ideal client. The webinar taught the idea without creating a strong enough "this is for me" moment. The 2-week result was too vague for people to picture what would change. The offer was presented before enough confidence had been built. Too many possible offers and next steps made the decision harder.

Recommended improvements

One clear message built around one person, one problem and one outcome.

Page direction that matched the language already working in the ad.

A complete 50-60 minute webinar structure, from opening to final next step.

One core offer with self-study, group and 1:1 support levels.

A focused follow-up plan that repeated the same message instead of adding more choices.

Results

Neal left with clarity on where people were dropping out, why it was happening and what to change first, before spending more on ads.
