Project goal
Build a lead generation funnel to attract qualified leads and book clarity calls for her 1:1 coaching program.


The challenge
Sarah had an established offer but no consistent system for generating leads. Her website wasn’t converting, and she didn’t have a way to capture interest or guide potential clients toward a next step.

A 6-part email series built to build trust, create connection, and move leads toward booking a call. Topics include:

Results


Within the first 2 weeks of launching, she added 48 new subscribers to her list and booked 5 clarity calls directly through the thank you page and follow-up sequence.

From those calls, 2 new clients enrolled in her 1:1 coaching program – a 40% conversion rate from call to client, and a 4.2% conversion rate from subscriber to client.

The email sequence continues to nurture leads who don’t book right away, creating long-term opportunities without needing daily manual outreach.
